Faster, stronger, more powerful.
Speed, strength, and power development for serious athletes, built on real testing and structured progression. Every athlete leaves knowing exactly what to improve.

Who It's For
For athletes who want to compete.
Our athletes are middle school and high school athletes who want measurable improvement, not just harder workouts.
Off-season development
Build the speed, strength, and power that carry into next season, with a plan that peaks when it matters.
In-season training
Keep the strength you built without adding fatigue that costs you on game day.
Returning from injury
Rebuild capacity step by step after rehab, so you return to your sport ready rather than just cleared.
What's Included
Measured, not guessed.
We test before we train, so every program is built on numbers instead of assumptions, and progress is something you can see.
Speed and power testing
Speed gates and force plates measure where an athlete starts and how they improve over time.
Individualized programming
Training is built around the athlete, their sport, their position, and their season.
Speed and movement work
Acceleration, top speed, and change of direction are coached, not just conditioned.
Strength and power
Structured strength work that transfers to the field, progressed safely for the athlete’s training age.
Sports nutrition
Sports-specific nutrition coaching to support training, recovery, and performance.
Re-testing every block
Athletes re-test regularly, so parents and athletes see exactly what changed.
How It Works
How it works.
Test
We measure speed, force, and movement quality to see where the athlete starts.
Plan
We build a program around the results, the sport, and the competitive calendar.
Re-test and rebuild
Every block, we re-test and adjust, so the athlete keeps improving instead of plateauing.

What ages do you train?
Most of our athletes are in middle school and high school. Every program is built around the athlete’s age and training experience.
Does this replace team practice or conditioning?
No. It complements what athletes do with their teams by filling the gaps in speed, strength, and power that practice usually does not cover.
Can athletes train during the season?
Yes. In-season programming is designed to maintain strength and power without adding fatigue before games.
How do you measure progress?
We use speed gates and force plates to test athletes and re-test them regularly, so improvement is measured rather than guessed.
How do we get started?
Schedule an assessment. We will test the athlete, walk you through what we would do, and explain what it costs.
